ALBOROSIE - FREE ROTOTOM
WWW, June 2011 - "Free Rototom" is especially produced by the multi-instrumentalist and vocalist to support the well-known Rototom Sunsplash festival. Originally, the festival was organized and held in Italy but they had to relocate the whole thing to Spain. Babylon doesn't like it when Reggae and Consciousness are promoted in a combination, but music is strong and Alborosie is strong too!
New Format Of mp3.dubroom.org Reaching Final Stages
WWW, June 29 2011 - Well, I finally am at the point wherein I expect to soon be ready with the renovation of http://mp3.dubroom.org.
In any case, new reviews can be added in the new format. "All" I still have to do is:
- transform the artist pages in the MP3 portal into the new format. Some already are in there: take a look at http://mp3.dubroom.org/scientist.htm or http://mp3.dubroom.org/mikeydread.htm and see how easy it is to get the tunes and/or read the reviews.
- Transport the podcast reviews to the new portal
- Make more pages for net labels and podcast creators
When everything is finished, I will delete the MP3 museum as well as some other features which are now incorporated in the new format in other ways. Basically, http://mp3.dubroom.org/ will contain a section of single track MP3 reviews, a section of reviews of Net Albums, a section of reviewed Podcast and artist pages, all of which are browseable. For example, when you go to http://mp3.dubroom.org/mp3downloads.htm you will find pages containing 25 links to tunes each. When you go to http://mp3.dubroom.org/mp3albums.htm you will find pages containing links to 10 albums on each page. The podcast section, as said, is close to empty still.
I hope you will find using http://mp3.dubroom.org/ more easy than before. I hope, Jah Willing, to be ready with all the artist pages within like seven days or so.
