TRACK 1 - ANAREXOL (HIRE AND REMOVAL)
Opening the 1983 concert wasn't easy, but Eek did it. Live with a hard hitting band that knows how to drop in and out while Eek A Mouse chant on.
TRACK 4: DDRO AND PREECHA KUNGO - FRUSTRATED
Preecha Kungo isn't that unknown for those interested in the WorldWide DUB Movement, but the general public may not have heard of him. That's about to change, though....
TRACK 3: BPM'S OF JOY AND BOOKAH - THE WORLD GOES CRAZY (DUBREE STEPPERS EDIT)
Yes, the Melodica is there too. After all, in a way, the Russian Dub Sound is a Far East Sound too. The world might go crazy, but with some DUB Enjoyment, stepping outa Babylon just goes a little bit more easy.
TRACK 2: BPM'S OF JOY - MEDITATION DUB
The faster the better, one would say, with a name like that. Truth is, that the joy is more than enough on the pace of this upfull steppers tune with lots of nice guitar work.
Russian Reggae and DUB artists have been producing some pretty strong material as well, a thing proven by this first compilation of the Russian Net Label "Sub Out, Dub In".
TRACK 1: DDRO -AKUAKU (ITALIK DUBREE EDIT)
The synth-beep with echo at the start of this track definitely heralds a piece of DUB Art that will wipe away all prejudice that might have been there concerning Russian Reggae.
TRACK 11: ON DUB GROUND - WORLD CRISIS (DUB PLATE)
We leave the French speaking DUB underground in their vision on the World Crisis: the tempo is more than up, the echo's are more than cutting, DUB avant la lettre, monsieur!
TRACK 10: REDI - LOW ROCKER (PART 2)
Can the Rockers go lower? Can the DUB go deeper? Can the Industrial Sounds become more metallic? Asking the question is provoking the answer to check it out for yourself.
